Level 3 - Power

Level 3 is centred around Power, through clearing Pride, Anger and blocks around Desire.

  • Pride is described as attachment to the reinforcement of one's own worth. It's when our sense of worth becomes tied to external validation.

  • Anger is the impulse to react against the perceived violation of our boundaries. It's when we feel our space or sense of self has been intruded upon.

  • Desire, on the other hand, is a sense of being pulled towards something, of wanting. When we are blocked from following our desires or connecting with what we truly want, we are not in our power.

As these emotional patterns begin to clear, people often experience a much deeper sense of personal power - one that is no longer dependent on external approval, outcomes, or needing others to validate their worth.

There’s something really transformational that happens when people begin to reconnect with what they genuinely want, rather than constantly filtering themselves through what feels acceptable, expected, safe, or “allowed”.

This level often creates shifts around boundaries, self-trust, confidence, self-expression and decision-making. People can begin to feel more comfortable saying no to what drains them, and more willing to pursue what feels deeply aligned and meaningful to them.

It’s also where many people start recognising that desire itself isn’t selfish or dangerous - it can actually be a compass pointing towards growth, expansion, fulfilment and authenticity.

For me personally, this level has highlighted the subtle ways external validation can still shape decisions, identity and visibility, especially within leadership and coaching.

It’s also brought a deeper awareness around the importance of honouring what I genuinely want, rather than automatically prioritising what feels expected or comfortable for others.

What I deeply appreciate about this level is that it’s not about becoming louder, harder or more forceful. It’s about becoming more grounded, more self-honouring, and more willing to take up space as your authentic self without apology. There's a real freedom in that...

As people move through this level, they often begin to realise:

  • When you allow yourself to fully step into your power, other people benefit too.

  • When you honour your boundaries and say no to what isn’t aligned, life becomes clearer and more intentional.

  • When you trust your desires instead of suppressing them, you often feel more alive, energised and connected to yourself.

Level 3 also supports people to clear some of the discomfort around fully receiving what they want. There can be a shift from believing desires need to be justified or earned, into recognising that wanting something can be enough reason to move towards it.

This level deepens self-identity, discipline, boundaries, willpower and authentic expression in a really profound way.
